Warranty & Return


The warranty covers defects that were present at the time of handover/delivery or purchase (also called "liability for defects" - and often confused with warranty). For 24 months, the warranty applies to new goods. A manufacturing defect that only becomes apparent after a few months is covered by the warranty: you can return the defective product. We will then decide whether to exchange it, repair it or credit your account. You can return unused, unworn and originally packed items within 14 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after this period. The following steps must be followed to make a return:

How to send your order back to us

1. BEGIN RETURNS- To initiate a return, you must first pre-register it in your customer profile. Navigate to your orders and select "Register Return" for your order. Follow the instructions on the online form to complete the registration process.

2. RETURN PACKAGING - Use the original packaging or your own shipping carton and packing materials to ensure that the original items are securely packed for shipment. We will not accept merchandise that is damaged in the original packaging or damaged due to improper packaging. Include the return shipping label you received after completing Step 1 before sealing the package.

3. SHIPPING RETURN - Take the packed return to a post office or delivery point of your choice, e.g. Post Office, GLS, UPS, DPD, Hermes, etc. Please keep the receipt from the service provider until we confirm receipt of the return via email.

4. YOUR RETURN - We will process your return as soon as possible. You will be notified of the status of your return via email. Please give our team a few days to make sure everything goes through correctly. We will get back to you if you have any questions.
